I am Kristina Jay

Relationship, Life Purpose, Confidence and  Happiness Life Coach

My passion is to help hurting/emotionally abused women to get back their power, courage, and confidence without feeling guilty and embrace their true happiness in finding their unique life’s purpose.
I am guiding women towards understanding their true value, their inner and outer beauty as precious daughters of God and a strong belief that they are worthy nothing less but respect and healthy love.
Together we discover the steps to take towards forgiving and loving yourself, to feeling more empowered, and moving forward towards courageously stepping out of the emotionally abusive relationship or mending it together with your partner and God alongside.

I am a Christian woman, a sister and a daughter, and a mom of two lovely sons who are 13 and 18 years old. I was born and raised in Lithuania, Europe. Have experienced some traveling and living in Sweden and Ireland, and for the past 10 years, together with my family, have been living in the province of Alberta, Canada.
I like hiking and taking pictures of beautiful nature, skiing, swimming, biking, also enjoy singing, and playing piano, and the lap harp. I absolutely love reading , writing and crafting. While in the kitchen, love experimenting and cooking international foods.
I absolutely adore children. It is beautiful to see them grow, learn and change.
Therefore, for the past 15 years I have been teaching different age group students within schools in Lithuania, Europe and Alberta, Canada.
My few recent years besides educator's job, I have chosen to invest my time and energy into pursuing the career in the field of Relationship and Life Coaching,
so I could help hurting and emotionally abused women to get back their power, confidence, courage, and embrace their true happiness.
Once I have been a fragile woman with a low self-esteem, always giving, never asking back, being a peacemaker, a co-dependant, a people pleaser, having hard time to set healthy boundaries, and the one who did not see her true value, believing that trying harder, being kinder and more loving will change people around me and they will love me back.
My personal life’s journey, different challenges in my own relationships, painful experiences made me grow, understand that I can not change those around me and can not love them to wellness, helped me to transform, become more courageous and confident, made me seek and find my unique life’s purpose and taught me to use my pain to serve others.
In the process off that my personal manifesto was born.
